Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the technology services provided by Kynetix Technology Limited. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following conditions.
1. Provision of Services
Kynetix Technology Limited agrees to provide services including, but not limited to, managed IT support, cloud migration, infrastructure management, and custom software development as outlined in the mutually agreed proposal or scope of work.
2. Timelines and Deliverables
While Kynetix Technology Limited endeavors to meet estimated timelines, dates provided for implementation, migrations, releases, and support milestones are estimates only. Delays caused by third-party providers, client dependencies, or scope changes may adjust delivery timelines.
3. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay for services according to their contract. Recurring fees for ongoing support or managed services are typically due at the start of each billing cycle. Third-party software, infrastructure, and licensing costs remain the client's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
4. Client Responsibilities
To enable successful delivery, the client agrees to provide timely access to required systems, accounts, technical contacts, and internal approvals needed by Kynetix Technology Limited.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, the client retains ownership of completed deliverables, subject to full settlement of outstanding invoices owed to Kynetix Technology Limited.
